1. Website owner

In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), the owner of this website is:

2. What Staydia is

Staydia is an online platform where hosts (private individuals, property managers and hotels) list holiday homes and hotel rooms, and guests find and book them. The accommodation is provided by the host shown on each listing, who is responsible for it; Staydia acts as an intermediary, publishes the listing, takes the payment on the host's behalf and pays the host out. Bookings are governed by the terms for guests and listings by the terms for hosts.

3. Use of the website

Access is free. You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith: no false bookings or listings, no attempts to take payments or contact outside the platform to avoid its protections, no automated scraping that degrades the service and no content that is unlawful or infringes third-party rights.

4. Content published by users

Listings, photos, messages and reviews are published by hosts and guests, who are responsible for them. Every listing is reviewed before publication and reviews can be hidden when they break the rules; Staydia is not liable for that content unless, having actual knowledge that it is unlawful, it fails to remove it diligently (LSSI art. 16 and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Digital Services Act).

5. Single point of contact and notices

The single point of contact for users and authorities (DSA articles 11 and 12) is ayuda@staydia.com, in Spanish or English. To report a listing, photo or review you consider unlawful, write to that address stating where it is, why it is unlawful and your name and email; you will receive an acknowledgement and a reasoned decision.

6. Intellectual property

The design, code, brand and texts of the website belong to the owner or its licensors. Content uploaded by users remains theirs; by publishing it they grant the licence needed to show it on the platform.

7. Applicable law

Spanish law applies. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction.
