Commitment

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA across search, listings, booking, the guest area and the host panel.

Automated accessibility checks (axe) run on every change on the home page, search, listing, checkout, legal pages, guest area and host panel; serious or critical issues block the release.
Keyboard navigation, visible focus, a skip-to-content link and labelled forms.
Pages work at 375, 768 and 1280 px without horizontal scrolling.

The map in search results is an aid: every result is also listed as text. Photos uploaded by hosts may lack descriptive captions.
